Meet Eoin Foley & Garrett Fedorkiw
Eoin and Garrett go way back. Having been lifelong family friends since their families emigrated from Ireland in the 70’s. The pair shares their Irish roots and the same desire to create tasteful, quality dining experiences. The first was their wildly successful Nancy O’s just next door in 2009, the partners in crime and business have done it again with the innovative Betulla Burning Neapolitan Pizzeria.
Both Eoin and Garrett come from a long background of working in the hospitality industry. All the while, they focused many of their years perfecting their entrepreneurial skills with business degrees from UNBC. Upon entering young adulthood, the pair found themselves at a crossroads: fly away from the nest or stay in their hometown and create a place with the atmosphere that they felt was lacking in Prince George. Thankfully for the community, they chose the latter.
Eoin and Garrett are certainly devoted to the revitalization of their city and spoke fondly of the people. “I love PG, its where I have my roots and the people are incredibly friendly. I love PG for the spirit of the community,” said Eoin. The two are big proponents of the economic development of the downtown core, with Eoin representing as President of the board for the Downtown PG. When they aren’t busy managing their culinary passions, Eoin and Garrett can be found exploring all that Prince George has to offer, often relaxing via lakeside cabin with their friends and family.

From the locally produced and grown ingredients to the authentic birchwood-burning oven that was designed, forged and shipped-in from Naples, Betulla Burning takes you back in time to Old World Italy. Their fresh creations combine ancient Neapolitan cooking techniques with a contemporary twist. Never complicated, and yet oh-so harmonious, the flavours compliment one another, while showcasing ingredients from local farmers and garnishes right from the roof-top garden.
